Okay, I served this this morning. First, I left it out all night. It was about 55 in the kitchen when I got up, and still hard as a rock. So, I let it sit on top of the stove while the bread baked. Came up just right. I told the guests what it was. Only one tried it, but she was gushing over it. She ***reaallllyyy*** liked it. Just reporting back. I gave you credit, BTW

No need to give me credit. You made it and put your own touches on it. Glad it was a hit. Little touches like that is what will get people talking about your place and you know how important word of mouth can be to a business.
