Naw, as my daddy would have said, "That just ain't couth!" Speaking of that, one time when I used to work in the office at our old church, I was at lunch in the Fellowship Hall. One of the guys was sitting at the pastor's table and he made the mistake of using a butter knife to put jelly on his biscuit. O-M-G! The pastor and his wife both jumped all over that guy for being so uncivilized. Didn't nobody ever teach him anything?! You always use a spoon to get jelly out of the jar!

They would be appalled at me. I keep a juice glass of coconut jelly in the fridge, especially for me to eat straight out of. At least I use a spoon.

As long as you're using a spoon, you're OK. Just don't be sticking a knife in that jelly jar (like I do every morning!)
