I would love to have about a truckload of rocks, Evelyn! We have to pay big bucks for rocks around here.

All we have to do, if we don't have plenty on our land, is stop alongside the road and load them up. The mountains were blasted to build the roads, so there's always a few rocks falling into the ditches along the roads. If you know where to look, there's coal, too. If you heated with coal, you'd never have to buy it.

LOL, I know where to look for coal, (but I'd probably get arrested) the ALCOA conveyor belt is about 1/2 mile from here.

Dress in black and go at night, then they won't be able to see you.

Put some kind of scent coverup stuff on, too, so the guard dogs won't smell ya!

I can just picture me stumbling around down there in the dark, trying to steal a load of coal. LOL

I can't quit giggling! I can just see you, cheeks blackened like a football player to prevent shine, tiptoeing around behind piles of coal, stuffing it in a tote, while stealthily trying to avoid the dogs, then making a run for it, back to the truck.

Yeah, ole fat lady in black leotards and black turtle neck. I'll have to have a black knitted cap too, to hide my white hair.

Well, at least if you got caught, maybe they'd just laugh and let you go.
