Tell her to try just the ACV. That's what I use and it leaves my skin so soft! (and not itchy)

She's still fighting with this eczema or psoriasis or whatever it is. Her friend works for a dermatologist and told her it looks more like psoriasis than eczema, so she's trying all kinds of natural remedies trying to fight it.

Valerie, has she done any research on diet? I found this article on a 'diet for psoriasis' search, but there are a lot of others. This one has some links at the end of the article, too. www.healwithfood.org/foods-that-contain/psoralen.phpI didn't read all of the sites I found, but the ones I read didn't mention turkey. My sister's ex had psoriasis and that's what his dermatologist told him to eat.

She's looked more into what not to eat, and what supplements to take, but I don't think she's seen much about what TO eat, other than foods high in zinc, like pumpkin seeds. I'll send that link to her. Thanks!

I can't say much about her researching what foods to avoid. I tend to do the same thing, forgetting there might be things to eat that would help. Hope they help her.
