HI!
The recipe I had for pickled eggs said to let them set for 10 days in the fridge to get pickled.
Do I really have to wait that long?! I lost track of when I started them, but I know it was some time last week, like maybe Tuesday or Wednesday.
They look so tasty, I just want to eat one!

I ate one. It was good. It tasted like mustard. I can see how these would be good in salads, giving a nice kick.
