8 Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained 1 (12.5 oz) can chicken breast, drained 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 oz) can green enchilada sauce 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
Open and pour all ingredients into a large stock pot or into your slow cooker and stir together. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado and tortilla chips.

I've made this a couple of times lately and it's always a hit. I've started keeping all the ingredients together on one shelf, so I can grab 2 rows of cans and have everything I need for it. It's so easy and good that it's hard not to abuse the recipe and make it too often.
