Italian Pizza Sauce
2 tablespoons oil 2 tablespoons dried onions 1 clove of Garlic 1 TBSP Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon sugar or honey 1 teaspoon salt 12 oz can tomato paste 1 cans filled with water
Heat the oil in a 2 quart size saucepan. Add the dried onion and garlic followed by the rest of the seasonings. Stir it around in the oil for about 20 seconds, or until it starts to smell good. Add the tomato paste. Now fill the empty can with fresh water and add it to the pot. Stir it all up until the sauce is smooth and thick. Cook it until it is the consistency you like on your pizza. You could add another can of water if you wanted to thin it out.
