don't doubt that 1 out of 5 profit from food stamps - but whether they require them might be a much different picture -

What shocked me is that 3/4 of Springfield's schools are for the underprivileged so the teachers have to go through a different type of schooling.... And nearly that many of the high school students were /are sleeping in their cars......
Yet my 65 yr.old neighbor was living on $450 a month until she had to start paying $150 a month in insurance.
