Fox Chapel is Pennsylvania's. I'm not surprised, though there are a few other communities locally that will probably start giving it a run for it's money. If y'all remember Teresa Heinz Kerry, the wife of John Kerry, she has a home there. I think that it was bought when she was married to Senator Heinz, who was from Pittsburgh.
