1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey 1/2 c. diced onion 1/2 c. diced green pepper 2 med. cloves garlic, minced 1 (15-1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Cook beef, onion and green pepper with garlic until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Spoon off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cool to room temperature.
On floured surface, roll each package of rolls to 11x9" rectangle. Arrange 2 slices cheese in center of each and 1/2 beef mixture. Starting at long edge, roll up. Pinch seams. Place both rolls 3" apart on cookie sheet. Bake 350% for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes for easier slicing.
