Toni Folsom was arrested when her 13 year old son called deputies after being locked out. Toni Folsom says she gave her son a curfew and when he didn't obey it, she locked the doors. The boy could have spent the night on the patio. (I remember camping out in the back yard when I was about 11. Thought it was great!). "I'd rather see my 13 year old layin gon the back patio on a concrete slab with a blanket and a pillow than she being called and he's laying on concrete because somebody done killed him," Toni's sister said. News 12 also learned the teen has had trouble in school. One report cites bullying, fighting, and cursing at adults. "It's like twice a week I know that the police are being called because he's being disobedient. He's a runaway, and all this is in the system, but she still gets locked up," Charlene Anderson who lives across the street said. www.wrdw.com/home/headlines/Local-moms-supporting-mother-arrested-after-son-misses-curfew-305749731.htmlI think the Augusta police have just taken away every parents right to discipline their child.
