Hi Everyone, I'm new to Granny Smith's Kitchen so I hope my question will be out there. I'm making that Amish Cinamon Bread but it doesn't say what size pans to use. Do I use the bigger or smaller bread pans. Also being new to this site where do I look for any answers I may get back? Thank you!!!

Hi Polish I'm afraid that Granny Smith's board has become pretty inactive I'm so glad that Gayle (the board owner) has left it up, because it's SUCH a resource. As to your question, I think that the recipe, as posted, is meant for a traditional loaf pan. However, I think it could also be baked in a square or round 8" or 9" pan. If you did that, it would look more like a coffee cake, but you'd need to start checking for doneness sooner. Hope that helps.
