If you want a cake that's light and fluffy this ain't it. This cake is heavy, dense, and very moist. It's super easy to make, too.
Condensed Milk Cake
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 4 Eggs 1 cup Plain Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 4 T. (half stick) Butter melted, (plus 1 tablespoon for greasing) 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar for sprinkling on top after cake has cooked
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8" springform pan or 9" square pan with 1 tablespoon butter (You can just spray it, if you prefer).
Mix all the ingredients with an electric mixer, food processor, or blender until the batter is smooth, then pour into the cake pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly touched. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Serve with fruit sauce or fresh fruits.
