I wasn't sure where to post this. It isn't really a sauce, it's more of a drizzle. I've been finding all sorts of uses for it, from dipping sandwiches in it to drizzling it on pulled pork and buttered biscuits.
Hot Honey
Honey (however much you want) Sriracha (to taste)
Just squirt some Sriracha into the honey and stir. Taste. If it isn't spicy enough, stir in some more until it tastes good to you. That's it. I store it in a squirt bottle in the refrigerator, but don't know if it's necessary to refrigerate it.
