Walnut Butter
2 cups raw, chopped walnuts 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup oil (I used peanut oil) 1 t. salt 1/2 t. Paprika 3/4 t. Onion Powder 1/2 t. Garlic Powder
Put everything in a food processer and blend on high until smooth, scraping bowl as necessary.
Store in jar at room temperature.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
This is the best walnut butter I've ever tried.
