A couple of people have asked to see one of my paintings, but I can't figure out how to send it in a message, so I'm posting it here. That way I can send them a link.

Nice! is it pastels? Oils? Chalk? I can't tell from the photo. Didn't know you liked to draw.

I guess you could say that art is my first love. I don't remember ever not drawing and painting. I mostly draw people, particularly women.
The background is watercolors. I made a stencil out of painter's tape for the tower and dripped ink in it, then blew it around with a straw. It was just an experiment for fun.

I like that, it's pretty. I haven't done any artwork in so long I doubt I could make a decent drawing.

I hardly go a day without doodling, at least. Today I drew a woman for my granddaughters. I made them guess what I was drawing before I started. I didn't get very far before they guessed it. The bigger projects get done less often. I have one started now, but just haven't worked on it in a week or so.

I haven't sold any. I either hang it in my house or give it to people. I'm planning on doing some papier mache today. I can't decide what to make, maybe a Guy Fawkes mask.

I like your painting! My husband is an artist and 2 of my boys, particularly the youngest are talented at drawing also.

My dad went to art school. I learned a lot from him, then I branched off.
