Pineapple Cheese Casserole
1 (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup flour 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 sleeve Ritz (or similar) crackers
Mix sugar, flour, and pineapple juice. Stir in pineapple. Put mixture in a greased 9"x13" pan.
Evenly distribute cheese over pineapple mixture.
Saute crushed crackers in melted butter, then top casserole with mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, until browned and bubbly.
