Measure out 3 cups of dehydrated, sliced potatoes. Pour boiling water to cover and set aside.
IN a sauce pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Dump in 2 tablespoons of flour and mix to make a roux. Add a can of coconut milk (not cream). Stir until thickened.
Spray slow cooker with non stick spray.
Place 1-1/2 to 2 lb pork tenderloin in there. Drain potatoes and place around the sides and on top if needed. Pour white gravy over the top. Cover and cook on high for three hours.
