Chocolate Chunk Sour Cream Muffins contributed by carla
1-1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. sugar 1-1/2 t. baking powder 1/2 t. cinnamon 1/4 t. salt 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine, melted 1 t. vanilla 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's Sweet Chocolate, chopped
Heat oven to 375F.
Mix fry ingredients and set aside. Stir eggs, milk, sour cream, margarine and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Add flour mixture; stir until just moistened. Stir in chocolate.
Fill 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
