3 potatoes, peeled and sliced in 1/4" thick slices butter to fry them in
Place butter in a medium cast iron skillet and add the potatoes fry real slow until brown and tender. You can make a sandwich out of these and put a thin slice of sweet onion on them. Or you can just serve them as a side dish for breakfast or dinner.
This is a recipe that came form one of my great grand mothers, but it was good and she really fried them in pure lard they were so good way back then
