Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes contributed by carla
8-10 potatoes 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 t. salt 1 stick butter
Peel and boil potatoes until done. Drain well and mash. Add cream cheese, eggs, salt and butter. Beat all together. Baked in greased casserole dish 45 minutes at 350F. Can be made ahead and kept in refrigerator until time to bake.

I've baked this and then put it in a Crock Pot to take for potluck. Just add a little milk and stir really well before putting in Crock Pot.
