Scalloped Potaoes ( crock pot) contributed by riverwalk
Makes 8 servings
2 pounds potaoes cut into 1/8 inch slices 1 can ( 10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of onion soup 1 can ( 5 oz.) evaporated milk (2/3 cup) 1 ( 2 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Spray inside of 3 1/2 - 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in to cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 10- 12 hours or until potatoes are tender
If you want cheese topping add your favorite shredded cheese on top the Last 20 minutes of cooking time. That will give the cheese time to melt. Also if you like, you can add a sliced onion to this and use other cream soups, such as mushrrom, broccoli. chicken.
