Yogurt Pops contributed by gayla
2 c. plain nonfat yogurt 1 c. juice 1 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. vanilla
Beat with a whisk until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze.
Variations: Puree overly ripe bananas and add to ice pops. use up leftover fruit juice, nectar, bits of fruit, or "flopped" puddings or yogurt.
Tips: If you don't have ice pop molds pour above mixture into little paper cups, freeze for an hour, then insert wooden sticks into the partially set mixture.
