Butternut Squash Casserole contributed by riverwalk
2 cups drained, mashed butternut squash 6 tbsp. margarine 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Combine all ingredients; place in greased casserole dish. Place dish in pan of water. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
