Scalloped Corn contributed by riverwalk
1/4 cup chopped green pepper Butter 2 cans cream-style corn 3 eggs, well beaten 1 tbsp. sugar 1 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt Cracker crumbs
Saute green pepper in a small amount of butter until lightly browned. Combine pepper, corn, eggs, sugar, milk and salt. Pour into buttered casserole. Cover. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes longer or until cracker crumbs are lightly browned.
