Cheesy Potato Wedges contributed by riverwalk
1 (24-ounce) package frozen potato wedges 2 cups (8 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Bake potato wedges according to package directions (22 to 25 minutes). Immediately sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onions. Continue baking for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Makes 12 servings.
