1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sour cream 1 small clove garlic, minced 1/2 t. Dijon mustard 1/2 t. minced fresh parsley 1/8 t. onion powder 2 T. milk Freshly ground black pepper salt
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate before serving.
Thin with more milk if desired.
