Chicken Cacciatore

-Left over chicken de-boned, OR a couple of chicken breasts (I throw mine in still whole and frozen) -1 LG Onion cut up -*12 oz tomato past and 1/4 C liquid of choice -1 tsp salt -1/4 tsp Pepper -1-2 Cloves of Garlic Minced --oregano, thyme, basil, bay leaf(remove it before you eat)
Put in the Onions and then the Chicken, them mix in the rest and cover. Cook it on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4 hours.
(I grab the chicken with tongs to break it up before serving)
*or 2 15oz cans of tomatos and 8 oz tomato sauce
Easy-peasy! I serve it with onion rice and sweet dinner rolls. The family goes nuts for it every time!!
