Run some dry rice thru the grain mill.
Mix a couple cups with two eggs and enough water so it is all wet and stuck together in a lump. Use a teaspoon to drop bits into the boiling soup. Let it boil a couple minutes, then cover and turn off the heat. Let it set for about 10 min. It'll thicken the soup some too.
