8 c. mixed greens torn into bite-size pieces 1 peach, quartered 1-1/2 T. white wine vinegar 1-1/2 T. chicken broth or water 1 t. walnut oil 1/4 t. sugar or honey 1/8 t. dried thyme 1/8 t. freshly ground black pepper 3 pecan halves
Divide the greens among 4 individual salad plates. Set aside. In a blender or food processor, combine the peaches, vinegar, broth or water, oil, sugar or honey, thyme, pepper and pecans. Mix until smooth. Spoon over the greens to serve.
