1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can Herdez red salsa 1 can Herdez green salsa 1 c. drained and rinsed black beans
Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When done cooking, shred chicken in salsa and beans with two forks. Serve in warm tortillas with cheese and sour cream.

Herdez is just the brand. It's really chunky and fresh tasting salsa.
