6 hard-cooked eggs, cut in eighths 2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered (optional for garnish) 1 (7-ounce) package elbow macaroni 1 (7-ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked 1/3 cup chopped celery 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool thoroughly. Meanwhile, combine crabmeat, eggs, celery, onion, parsley, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl. Chill thoroughly before serving. Garnish with additional quartered hard-cooked eggs if desired.
in place of Crabmeat , I have used chicken , tuna, scrimp , ham and turkey ham it one of those recipes that work with everthing
