Chinese style country ribs 1/4 cup Soy sauce 1/4 cup orange marmalade 1 tablespoon Catsup 1 Garlic clove -- crushed 4 pounds Spareribs -- country style Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush on both sides of the ribs. Place in a crockpot and pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
