Soak 1 qt dried lentils, drain, put on to cook for about an hour. 1 #10 can carrots 1 #10 can dried diced potatoes 4-5 cups dried spinach or other dried greens 1 cup dried bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped dried celery or 1/4 cup ground celery seed 2 cups dried chopped onion 1/2 #10 can tomato paste or whole #10 can of tomato sauce 1/2 cup rubbed sage freshly ground pepper to taste (I used about 1/4 cup) salt 3 qts cooked turkey with broth
add 2-3 gallons water and cook till veggies are hydrated well add enough more water to have 5 gallons plus 1 qt of soup Put in 21 qt jars or 42 pints and process at 10# (I do it for 60 min)
