Cream Cheese Mints
3 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar 10 - 12 drops peppermint oil food color, if desired granulated sugar milk
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, flavor, and food color, if desired. If necessary, add a few drops of milk to make a dough.
Roll into 1" balls and roll balls in granulated sugar. Flatten balls with a fork or the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
Alternately, you can press dough into molds, trim excess, and pop out of molds. Roll in sugar, if desired.
Set to dry on waxed paper for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Store in air-tight container.
