Gayle, I can't find where we were submitting the recipes. Here's the one I was telling you about.
Y'all please note I haven't tried this out yet. It's on the list tomorrow. If you cook the beans and then run them through the dehydrator and powder the redried beans, this would be a great soup mix for the prep pantry.
Hot Bean Soup
1 c pinto beans, cooked, drained 2 c navy beans, cooked, drained 2 c water 1 1/2 tsp chicken boullion powder 1/4 tsp hot sauce 2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp cumin 1 tsp garlic powder
In a medium stockpot, bring beans and water to a slow boil. Add boullion and seasonings. Simmer and mash until creamy.

Jo, we changed the way we submit recipes. Now we just put them right in the cookbook. I'll move it for you in a minute.
The soup sounds good. I'll bet Dan would really love it!
