Ancho Chile Rub 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper 2 teaspoons dried ancho chile powder 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed OR 4 chicken breast
1 Prepare grill. 2 Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. 3 Rub spice mixture evenly over steaks; let stand 10 minutes. 4 Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. 5 Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
