-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 slices bacon, diced 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained 1 t. sugar 1/2 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Cook bacon in saucepan until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
Saute onion in bacon drippings until soft; pour off drippings. Add corn, sugar, salt, pepper and sour cream. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Stir in reserved bacon.
Serves 6
