Yellow Salad Mustard (Like French's)
Ingredients
4 teaspoons dry ground mustard
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Wondra Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt , plus
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch paprika
Directions
1 Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2 Whisk until smooth.
3 When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
4 Remove pan from heat and cover until cool.
5 Chill in a covered container.
