Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
1/4 c. salt 2 T. paprika 1 1/2 T. cayenne pepper 1 T. onion powder 1 T. thyme 1 T. white pepper 1/2 T. garlic powder 1/2 T black pepper
Mix all ingredients well. Store in tightly covered container.
To make rotisserie chicken, sprinkle a clean whole chicken liberally with mixture, inside and out, and roast, uncovered, in a 325 degree oven, until chicken is done and skin is crisp. Allow chicken to sit at room temperature about 15 minutes, remove from pan to serving dish, serve hot or cold.
