Thanks, Sheila. Sprinkles dress things up nice. I like that you can add flavor to these, too. (I have all these extracts I don't know what to do with!) Sprinkles are pretty, but Dave doesn't like the store bought ones because they're crunchy and that kind of grosses him out when his frosting crunches.

I'm with Dave! That's partly the reason I learned how to decorate cakes, so I could make soft adornments.
Those sprinkles on the site remind me of Dots (the crunchy candy that came on paper strips) My sister in MI used to love those. I never really saw the attraction.

They always tasted stale to me. I think dots are made of royal icing. It has that same smell, and dries hard as cement.
