Start with these instructions for extracting the juice with a pressure cooker (or pressure canner): www.hippressurecooking.com/2011/08/blackberry-italian-soda-from-your.htmlWhen you have the juice, you will need to reduce it by simmering very slowly until it thickens, like making maple syrup. Use dead ripe fruit. You want it as sweet as possible. You'll probably want to do the boil off outside.
