Ambrosia Pudding Mix in a Mug
2 T banana cream instant pudding
4 vanilla wafers, broken into small pieces
2 T flaked coconut
2 tsp. very finely chopped pecans
1/4 tsp cherry gelatin
Measure all into small Ziploc baggie, seal & shake to combine.
1/4 cup mini marshmallows, measured into a small
ziploc bag & sealed.
1 (4 oz) snack size pineapple tidbits
Place the pineapple cup in a mug lined with tissue paper, add the ambrosia mix & marshmallow bag to the top.
Attach Tag:
Empty pineapples into your mug, add ambrosia mix, stirring well.
Place in fridge for 10 minutes to set, top with marshmallows, stir & serve immediately.
Serves 1
Baked Beans Mix in a Mug
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. Bacos (salad topping)
2 tsp. Country Time lemonade powder (NOT sugar free)
1 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Measure all into small Ziploc baggie, seal & shake to combine.
Place the following into a Mug lined with tissue paper & top
with bag of seasonings above.
1 (6-8 oz can baked beans or Pork N Beans (I get these at walmart for 5 for $1.)
Attach Tag:
Empty beans in to mug, stir in seasonings. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stopping once or twice to stir.

Baked Custard in a Mug
1 1/2 to 2 cup oven-safe mug
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon raisins
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix sugar, cornstarch, raisins and nutmeg, then put into a small zip-type plastic bag. Line the mug with tissue paper in a coordinating color, then place the plastic bag inside the mug. Place the mug on a square of colored cellophane, add some ribbon to tie at the top, and add a gift tag with the following instructions:
Baked Custard
1 cup milk
Custard mix from bag
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 beaten egg yolk
Heat oven to 325 degrees F/165 degrees C.
Bring the milk to a simmer in a medium pan.
Mix well the custard mix from the bag with vanilla extract and egg yolk. Add 1 tablespoon of the milk to the powder, mix well, then slowly add the remaining milk.
Pour the mix into the mug, and bake for 15 minutes.
Banana Bread Recipe With Chocolate Chips
Baked In A Mug
1 oven proof mug with the volume of 1-1/2 to 2 cups
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
1/2 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
OPTION: additional 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips for glaze
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the inside of oven proof mug with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, walnuts, and 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips. Set aside.
Mash banana, egg, and oil in small bowl to combine. Stir in mixture set aside; blend well.
Pour batter into prepared mug (3/4 full for rising space) and bake for 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
This banana bread recipe makes one one mug gift; multiply recipe for two or more gifts.
OPTION: melt the additional 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips for glaze and drizzle over room temperature bread.
Banana Pudding Mix in a Mug

1/3 cup instant rice
1 teaspoon dried celery flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chunk chicken
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, except the can of chicken. Mix well and place in a sandwich size zip-top bag and seal. Place can of chicken in mug and top with filled bag. Make sure the mug holds a volume of 1 1/2 cups.

Chicken and Rice Casserole Mix
1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Place chicken and rice casserole mix from bag into mug. Add drained chicken from can to ingredients in mug.
In a small saucepan, place water and butter. Bring to a boil and pour over ingredients in mug. Mix well and let stand for 5 to 8 minutes. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and heat in microwave until cheese is melted.

1 1/2 to 2 cup oven-safe mug
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg

2 tsp Country Time Lemonade powder

Empty mix into mug, top with boiling water, stir, cool slightly & Serve steaming.
Jello Cake Mix in a Mug
1/3 cup any flavor cake mix
1 T. any flavor Jello
Measure into small Ziploc baggie, seal & shake to combine.
Combine the following into a small baggie & label as Glaze Mix:
2 T. Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Jello
Attach Tag:
Empty mix into mug, add 2 tsp oil, 1 T. Water & 1 egg white, Whisk WELL.
Microwave on high 2 minutes. In the meantime, mix glaze while cake is cooking by adding a couple drops of water to the glaze mix (mix it right in the bag!) snip off a corner and squeeze gently onto your cake

In a separate bowl, combine macaroni and white sauce mix. Mix well and place in a small zip-top bag and seal. Place sealed bag in mug with other bag. Decorate and attach a tag with the following directions:

Macaroni and Cheese Mix
1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil
Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ingredients from bag containing macaroni in lightly greased mug.
In a small saucepan, place milk, butter and water. Bring to a simmer and pour over ingredients in mug. Loosely cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
Place ingredients from remaining bag in a separate bowl. Add olive oil and toss. Sprinkle crumb mixture over macaroni and cheese in mug. Return to oven for an additional 6 to 10 minutes.

Mocha Pudding mix
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon Kahlua liquer (optional)
1 cup whole milk
Pour mocha pudding mix from bag into mug. Add egg yolk and liqueur to ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring whole milk to a simmer. Add 1 tablespoon of pudding mixture from mug to saucepan and mix well. Pour milk mixture into mug with remaining pudding mixture and stir well. Place mug with pudding in microwave and heat for 1 minute, until pudding begins to thicken.
Enjoy warm or chilled with a dollop of whipping cream.
Pasta Alfredo Mix in a Mug
1/3 cup angel hair pasta (broken into pieces)
2 T. + 1 tsp Creamy Garlic Alfredo Sauce Mix
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Shake of pepper
Measure into small Ziploc baggie, seal & shake to combine.
Attach Tag:
Empty Mix into mug, add 1 tsp margarine & 1 cup of boiling water, cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir well.
Peach Cobbler Mix in a Mug
2 T. sugar
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Measure all into small Ziploc baggie, seal & shake to combine.
1 (4 oz) container snack size peaches
Place the peaches cup in a mug lined with tissue paper, add the cobbler mix on top.

This pineapple cake recipe requires an oven proof mug that holds at least two cups.
After the cake is baked and cooled to room temperature wrap it in a clear bag with ribbon or raffia tied above the mug to hold the bag closed.
Another way of presenting this gift is to place the cake baked in a mug in a small wicker basket lined with a napkin or tea towel and include several bags of herbal tea or a small can of gourmet coffee.

1/4 brown sugar, packed
4 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained

1/2 cup ground beef
Sour Cream Chili Bake Mix
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream

In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook ground beef and drain off fat. Add contents of bag containing seasoning and water. Mix well and heat for 1 minute.
In a small bowl, combine meat mixture, corn chips from remaining bag, sour cream and shredded cheddar. Pour mixture into lightly greased mug. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and water. Bring to a boil and pour over ingredients in mug. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and let sit for 5 to 7 minutes.

Mix sugar, cornstarch, raisins and nutmeg, then put into a small zip-type plastic bag. Line the mug with tissue paper in a coordinating color, then place the plastic bag inside the mug. Place the mug on a square of colored cellophane, add some ribbon to tie at the top, and add a gift tag with the following instructions:

In a separate bag combine the following ingredients:
1/3 cup powdered sugar

To Use:
Grease or spray coffee mug with cooking spray. Empty Cake Mix into mug and add 1 egg white, 1 T. Oil & 1 T water. Blend with fork until smooth.
Place in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.

In a small saucepan, place milk, butter and water. Bring to a simmer and pour over ingredients in mug. Loosely cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

Mocha Pudding mix
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon Kahlua liquer (optional)
1 cup whole milk
Pour mocha pudding mix from bag into mug. Add egg yolk and liqueur to ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring whole milk to a simmer. Add 1 tablespoon of pudding mixture from mug to saucepan and mix well. Pour milk mixture into mug with remaining pudding mixture and stir well. Place mug with pudding in microwave and heat for 1 minute, until pudding begins to thicken.

Pineapple Cake Recipe -- Baked In A Two Cup Mug
This pineapple cake recipe requires an oven proof mug that holds at least two cups.
After the cake is baked and cooled to room temperature wrap it in a clear bag with ribbon or raffia tied above the mug to hold the bag closed.
Another way of presenting this gift is to place the cake baked in a mug in a small wicker basket lined with a napkin or tea towel and include several bags of herbal tea or a small can of gourmet coffee.
1 oven proof mug with a volume of at least 2 cups
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 brown sugar, packed
4 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray inside of mug with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine melted butter and brown sugar in the mug until well blended, add pineapple tidbits, and set aside.

1/2 cup ground beef
Sour Cream Chili Bake Mix
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook ground beef and drain off fat. Add contents of bag containing seasoning and water. Mix well and heat for 1 minute.

1 small can tuna
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients
except the tuna. Mix well and place in a sandwich size zip-top bag and seal. Place can of tuna in mug and top with filled bag. Make sure the mug holds a volume of at least 1 1/2 cups. Decorate and add following directions:

3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place mix from bag in lightly greased mug.
In small saucepan over medium heat, combine water and olive oil. Bring to a simmer and pour over ingredients in mug. Stir until well incorporated and cover with a piece of aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in drained tuna from can and shredded cheese. Return to oven for an additional 6 to 8 minutes.
White Chocolate Cookies Mix In A Mug
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, or blueberries)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into small food storage bag and seal. Place the bag in a mug.
Attach the following preparation instructions:

1/2 stick butter (2 ounces), softened (not melted)
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter in bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Add cookie mix and beat until blended. Drop dough by tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute, and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Use dark chocolate chips instead of white chocolate chips. Or, your favorite nuts or raisins for the dried fruit.
