I like that recipe for American cheese. A grilled cheese with real cheddar just ain't the same!

I agree, Valerie. I really prefer mine with pimento cheese slices, but it's hard to find these days.
Have you ever tried grilled cheese made with pepper jack? Yummy!

Oh yum on the pepper jack! I'm not a big fan of jalapenos, but I do love that cheese on a ham sandwich.
