Soak 2 cups dried pintos, drain and cook in pressure cooker 30-40 min. Check to make sure they are tender. If you have a lot of water, drain some of it out. Add salt 1 tsp, dried garlic 1 tsp, dried onions 1/2 cup, dried bell pepper, 1/4 cup, dried yellow squash 1 cup, rice 1 cup, 2 bay leaves (remove before serving), parsley 1/4 cup, ground celery seed 2 Tbs, basil 1 Tbs, Thyme 1 tsp, dried tomato powder 1/2 cup. Add back enough liquid or water to reconstitute the rice. Bring to a boil, cover and let sit 30 min then serve.
