Mom's were always so nice and tender. Mine, not so much. What's the best way to cook them?

I marinate mine in a mixture of eggs, mustard, milk, & Tony's for at least 2 hours. Then coat with flour and fry. Always come out tender but crunchy!!!

I throw them in the pressure cooker with a cup of water and pressure them for 10 min. Roll them in a flour/meal mix and fry. Paul loves them but they have to be real tender for him to be able to chew them up. We havent had them in a long time. Thanks for a good idea. He'll be so surprised.

Never done chicken gizzards, but have done turkey gizzards. We put them in some water and simmer them while the turkey roasts
