This is one my aunt used to make for our family gatherings. She'd make two and we would wipe those things out!!!
2 8-oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened 12 oz. smoked pressed beef (you know, the Carl Buddig kind. They've put it in tiny 2 oz packages now!) 3 tsp. chopped green onions 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Cut all the beef into small squares (about 1/4"). Put half on a plate and separate as much as you can. Add all other ingredients to the bowl, add other half of the beef. Mix well and form into a ball. Put on plate of beef and pat and smush until most of the beef is stuck to the outside of the ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill a couple hours.
I made this for the wedding but did not get to taste it after the flavors had married. It was good when I tasted it off the beater though!

That sounds really good! I do an appetizer buffet for New Year's Eve. I might put this on it this year.
