Bar Cheese
1 lb. American cheese, shredded 1 lb. sharp, aged cheddar, shredded 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 3 T. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 t. salt 1 t. dry mustard dash of Tabasco or cayenne pepper 1 cup (aproximately) warm beer horseradish to taste (optional)
In mixing bowl, place American cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, and Tabasco (or cayenne). Using electric mixer, start mixing, while slowly adding beer to make a smooth paste.
Store in covered dish in refrigerator until ready to serve, but serve at room temperature with crackers.
