1 cup of self-rising flour 1 stick of butter, melted 1/2 cup of sour cream
You add the melted butter to the flour first and then add the sour cream. Otherwise the butter will cause the sour cream to curdle. After you have mixed well just spoon them into a mini muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.
