Chicken Cordon Bleu Burgers contributed by chilipalmer
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 8 slices deli smoked ham 8 slices swiss cheese onion salt pepper 8 onion buns, toasted 1/3 c. sour cream 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
Pound each breast flat and cut into two equal(ish) portions. Season each side of breasts with onion salt and pepper. In a lightly oiled skillet quickly saute chicken breasts until browned then flip, add a slice of ham and a slice of swiss cheese, cover skillet and cook through.
Mix the sour cream and Dijon. Place one burger on each toasted bun and top with a dollop of mustard cream sauce.
